Isaiah 46: 9, 10 . . . . . .for I am God and there is none else; I am God and there is none like me.
Vs. 10 : Declaring the end from the beginning.
God knows the END from the BEGINNING.  When we examine the subject of predestination there are two keys which govern election.  Men's free choice and God's infinite foreknowledge of what that choice will be.  Unfortunately "Sovereignty" flatly renounces both these important factors.  The Bible is clear and complete on this subject and in the following three verses, with utmost explains predestination.
 I Peter 1: 2
"Elect according to the FOREKNOWLEDGE of God the Father through sanctification of the Spirit, unto obedience and sprinkling of the blood of Jesus Christ:" (How are you predestinated?........According to the FOREKNOWLEDGE OF GOD.)

Gurudev Shri. Lahari Krishna

 Romans 8: 29
For WHOM HE DID FOREKNOW, He also did predestinate, to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren. (Who are predestined?  Those WHOM HE DID FORE KNOW would meet the condition to merit predestination.)

Notice that selection (which is predestination) is ACCORDING TO THE FOREKNOWLEDGE OF Predestination IS foreknowledge of God and this foreknowledge is concerning what the individual chooses AFTER he is born.  He can not choose it BEFORE He is born he has to choose it AFTER he is born.  But God looking ahead predestinates him BEFORE he is born because He sees he would choose rightly.  Therefore nobody is born to heaven or born to hell but every man can choose his own destiny.  Also notice carefully in Rom. 8: 29 that FOREKNOWLEDGE comes FIRST.  Then predestination.  When God foresees Foreknowledge THEN predestination shows that "Sovereignty" is wrong, because Sovereignty has it the other way; predestination THEN believing.  The Bible proves it is believing THEN predestination even though the predestination takes place before the act of believing because God being infinite foresees the act.  The Word of God is explicit, precise and accurate on this question.
Therefore without accepting the principle of free choice and the truth that God foreknows what that thoicd will be, nobody can correctly understand predestination.  Fatalists deny that God's foreknowledge of what a man's choice will be, is what determines predestination.  Predestination has been a touchy subject for years.  However wtih the light shed on this subject by Scriptures the general misunderstanding should now be corrected.  Surely at this stage we should be ready to affirm that man has free choice and that God predestinates by foreknowing what each person chooses AFTER he is born and has reached the age of accountability.  It can not be done before he is born; that is a certainty.
"What happens to children who die before they reach the age of accountability?  "We know that babies that die regardless of their parents, they are saved John said when Jesus was coming "Behold the Lamb of God that taketh away the sin of the world."  And if that baby was a human being all sin was expelled before God when Jesus died for that purpose, so it is absolutely free to go to heaven."  II Sam. 12: 23 exactly confirms this statement.  David's baby was born under the very worst sinful and ungodly condition possible to imagine, but David said "I shall go to him but he shall not return to me".  If you think about it a little bit this answer wrecks the whole doctrine of Sovereignty.

This brings us to the separating point between Fatalism and Free Will.  The doctrine of Sovereignty chooses to ignore the part which Foreknowledge plays in predestination and in doing so confuses predestination with predetermination, calling them the same.  But they are not the same by a wide margin.  Predestination IS foreknowledge, emphasizing how important foreknowledge is in understanding election.  There are some things which God Predetermines or decrees and then brings it to pass, but He definitely does not predetermine or force any person to either accept or reject salvation.  If God did not permit every person in the world free choice as a free moral agent God would be an unjust God.  No body is born "Seed".  That would be equal with saying they are born "saved" and neither is true.  God knows who is going to be saved but that is far different from His determining who is going to be saved.
Everyone since the flood is born the physical seed of Adam but the spiritual seed of Satan since through Adam we inherit the sin nature.  Neither of those two heritages is anything to boast of and we are born condemned.  This means everybody.  That is why we must be reborn spiritually to even see the kingdom of God.  When we are born again spiritually THEN we become "seed" and not until then.
It is certainly true that God's word urgently pleads with man to accept eternal life and escape hell.  But there is no resort to forcing; that would disrupt His whole plan of salvation which is for "Whosoever will."  Therefore by claiming that predestination means predetermination there is presented a whole "new gospel" not preached by Paul, and which is pure Fatalism.  All sorts of unscriptural ideas are being introduced to prop up the shaky platform of Sovereignty, such as pre-existence, predestination depending upon genealogy and lineage of our ancestors etc.  These ideas had better be scrutinized in the light of the Bible before swallowing.  When two views support both sides.  The two vindicated principles:
(1)  Free choice and
(2)  God's scripture verses which Fatalists believe support their views.
Some may say, "We believe in a middle position on Sovereignty," How can there be a middle position between free-choice and no-choice?  You cannot have such a thing as irresistible-resistible salvation, or resistible-irresistible damnation.  Nor conditional-unconditional election.  Extreme Fatalism and mild Fatalism.  One has to be wrong and one has to be right.  The Bible can not say that believing faith is the responsibility of man and then turn around and say that this faith is supplied by God.  Salvation, eternal life, grace, righteousness, forgiveness, mercy, are all Gifts of God.  BUT NOT BELIEVING FAITH.  That is our duty, God has delegated to US this responsibility and that is the one condition by which we attain the gifts.  If man refuses to accept this responsibility, he alone is responsible for his damnation, not God.  Fatalism would have us shirk this important decision, and say "Well, I was born to be sent to hell or born to be sent to heaven and I can't do a thing about it so why worry I can't change a thing."  This is the exact teaching of Sovereignty.  But Free choice says that we have a birthright and this is that we have the right and privilege to determine our own destiny by the believing the promises of God and that it is completely possible for each person to do this.
Some make the error or denying that there is such as predestination.  This approach is wrong since predestination is definitely taught in scripture.  This argument can be easily discredited.  Such persons have erred in the same manner and in the same way as the Calvinists in that they do not grasp the all-important part which the foreknowledge of God plays in predestination.  Namely that God knowing the end from the beginning, foresees who will and who will not believe, and on that basis predestines the believer unto eternal life.  Along the same line, if one questions "Sovereignty" it is immediately taken as an attack on predestination.  That is not the question at all.  Free choice is the heart of the matter.  If you believe in free choice it is impossible for you to believe in Sovereignty.
One of the bad features of Sovereignty is the incorrect and degrading picture it presents of God, showing Him to be cruel and unjust, denying to the great majority even the right to have believing faith.  The Bible describes God as plenteous in mercy, slow to anger, longsuffering, just, forgiving, righteous, and merciful, and pitiful to all mankind.  Mark 16: 15 says "go ye into ALL THE WORLD and preach the gospel to EVERY CREATURE."  Can you accuse God of dangling the great gift of eternal life before the eyes and hearts of people He has already predestined to hell?  In Ezekiel Ch. 18 God sharply resents Israel calling Him unequal (unjust) and defends Himself strongly against the charge.  Yet Fatalism pictures Him as condemning men to Hell for not doing which He made it impossible for them to do.  Such does not agree with Luke 13: 34 where Jesus cried:  O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, which killest the prophets and stonest them that are sent unto thee:  how often would I have gathered thy children together as a hen doth gather her brood under her wings, AND YE WOULD NOT."  What a picture of the agony and compassion of Almighty God for those who were being lost by their own free will because THEY WOULD NOT.  And to the Gentle church today is that very same picture Rev. 3: 20 "Behold I stand at the door and knock, IF ANY MAN hear my voice and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him and he with Me."  He won't force that door, as Sovereignty contends; otherwise He would not have knocked.  It is up to us and us alone, to open the door.  Free fhocie is the responsibility of mankind.  Let us not accuse Him of being unjust.  I John 2: 2 ".......and He is the propitiation for our sins; and not for ours only but also for the sins OF THE WHOLE WORLD."  But it must be accepted to be effective.
Predestination depends entirely upon free choice and the foreknowledge of God as to what that free choice is going to be.  If the principle of free choice is the truth then the fatalistic principle of no choice is an error.
In view of the whole teaching of Scripture from Genesis to Revelation, man's free will, free moral agency and free choice in spiritual matters is indisputable.  Without free will man would be forced irresistibly into an inevitable destiny, either good or bad, in which his own will or desire would have no other recourse but absolute submission.  It is impossible to relate such a doctrine with a God of justice and mercy.  The Gospel is meaningless unless man is free to choose.  Unconditional, inevitable, irresistible salvation and damnation are simply and purely FATALISM.  Fatalism is a Pagan doctrine.
To sum up the opposite views of Sovereignty and Volition and express this in a condensed statement concerning predestination would be this:
SOVEREIGNTY CLAIMS; You believe because you are predestinated to believe.
FREE WILL CLAIMS; You are predestinated because you believe.
From this simple statement, stem two doctrines which are so widely different and conflicting that they can never be reconciled.  The two paths separate at this point and never to converge.  Only one can be according to the Word of God.  As the two paths diverge with the accompanying claims and arguments on each side, the final destinations are occupied by two groups of people which can never be spiritually or spiritually compatible.  The key error of Sovereignty is the disclaiming that God's foreknowledge of what each person will do, determines predestination.  Surely the innermost conscience of every true christian must rebel at the thought that a just and righteous God would condemn a man to hell for not repenting and believing in Jesus Christ as Saviour and at the same time making it impossible for him to do so.
(the doctrine of "Sovereignty claims that
          (1)  salvation is not available to all,
          (2)  Whosoever will does not mean everybody,
          (3)  God does not draw ALL MEN to Him,
          (4)  Man does not have free choice,
          (5)  Man cannot exercise BELIEVING FAITH by his OWN WILL.
The following scriptures show that these claims are wrong.
John 1: 7 The same came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light that ALL MEN through Him might believe.
John 1: 9 That was true light which lighteth EVERY MAN THAT COMETH INTO THE WORLD.
John 1: 12 But AS MANY AS RECEIVED HIM to them gave He power to become the sons of God even TO THEM THAT BELIEVE ON HIS NAME.
John 3: 15 That WHOSOEVER BELIEVETH IN HIM should not perish but have eternal life.
John 3: 16 For God SO LOVED THE WORLD  that He gave His only begotten son that WHOSOEVER BELIEVETH IN HIM should not perish but have eternal life.

John 6: 40 And this is the will of Him that sent me, that EVERYONE which seeth the son did believeth on Him may have everlasting life. . . . . . . . . . .
John 6: 51 I am the living Bread which came down from heaven; if ANY MAN eat of this broad, he shall live forever.
John 7: 37 If ANY MAN THIRST let him come unto me and drink.
John 1: 7

Then they said unto Him, what shall we do that we say work the works of God?

V.29:  Jesus answered and said o them, This is the work of God.

that ye BELIEVE on Him whom He hath sent
(There is a teaching that this proves that Faith is Works.  This cannot be true.  The verse however does prove that WE can work Faith.  That is, that WE can OPERATE faith and that such operation is the responsibility of ourselves ALONE and net of God.  And furthermore that only those who do by their own free choice operate this faith and the predestinated.)
John 7: 38 HE THAT BELIEVETH on me as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.
John 8: 51 Verily, verily I say unto you IF A MAN keep my saying he will never see death.
John 11: 25 Jesus said unto her I am the resurrection and the life: HE THAT BELIEVETH in me though he were dead yet shall he live.

Rev. 22: 17 .......and let him that is athirst COME.  And WHOSOEVER WILL let him take the water of life freely.

The verses that could be quoted as proving free choice and the right of all men to salvation are practically without end.  There are a few verses which are advanced by the advocates of Sovereignty as proving their stand.  One of these is John 6: 44: "No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day."  The very next verse answers this "It is written in the prophets, And they shall be ALL taught of God.  Every man therefore that hath heard, and hath learned of the Father cometh unto me."  Notice in this verse that God does the teaching but man must do the learning.  And also that All are taught by God, not just a few chosen ones.  It is true that even after they are taught and thereby drawn they do not very often come to Jesus, for many are called but few chosen
